Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted for our CCTV, access control systems, and smart automation solutions.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended upon delivery.
You received the wrong item.
The product is returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
The item is in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
Note: Custom installations, software licenses, and configuration-based products are non-returnable once installed or activated.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or electrical faults post-delivery
Products without original packaging or with missing components
Products installed or altered by third-party technicians
Software licenses or digital products once activated
Customized automation solutions or special orders
Items purchased during clearance sales or with specific “non-returnable” terms
Return Process
If your item meets the return criteria, please follow these steps:

Provide your invoice/order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.
Our support team will review the request and may schedule a pickup or inspection.
If approved, the item will be picked up or collected by our logistics partner.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If the return is approved, your refund will be credited within 7–10 business days.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method or as a credit note, based on your preference.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.
In case of partial returns, only the value of the returned item will be refunded.
Note: Shipping or installation charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

Goods are delivered within 3–7 business days (depending on your location)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or remote area coverage.
Replacement Policy
If you request a replacement instead of a refund:
We will ship a replacement product (same model or equivalent) free of charge after verifying the return.
Replacements are subject to stock availability.
In cases where a replacement is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
- Replacement product will be delivered with in 3-7 business days.
Installation & Service-Related Issues
If you experience issues after installation, our technical support team will assist you under our warranty and service terms. If the product is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects, it may be eligible for replacement or repair.
Note: We recommend having all installations performed by our authorized technicians to ensure eligibility for warranty claims.
Warranty Coverage
Most of our products come with a standard manufacturer warranty (typically 1 year). Warranty details will be shared at the time of purchase. Warranty claims must be made through our support channels and are subject to terms and conditions.
Cancellations
